Here is a copy of a real plan set that passed County Permitting in the last year.
What AD&D does is research, field measure, and discuss with clients the ideas, hopes and needs for their home design (incl. remodel and addition).
We then develop the scaled drawings, views, and details, and integrate the truss engineering into the plan set.
After the truss engineering is added, the drawings are then submitted to our preferred P.E. or the P.E. of your choice for Engineering calculations, redlines, and approval.
When complete a custom home design set will look similar to the pages below with all necessary details, plans, and approvals to pass permitting.
