Merritt Island Lanai-Pool-Cabana Addition

The client chose to use a scissor truss system for the Lanai to create an open and airy space underneath and to provide a distinctive visual appeal from the river view. The cabana effectively encloses the area and maintains the design concept of the Lanai. Armistead Design, Inc. designed the Lanai, the Cabana, and the pool. Usually, a client selects a pool design from their preferred pool company; however, on rare occasions, they will ask AD&D to design it along with an addition like this Lanai.
